Licensing is per module. Subscribe to Rounds on its own, or Knowledge and Forms together, and add the others whenever a department asks for one. Nothing about the platform assumes you bought the whole set.

  • One module is a real deployment. Single sign-on, RBAC, audit trail, and the mobile app all ship with it.
  • Add a module without a migration. Your users, departments, and permissions are already there when it switches on.
