How does HIPAA compliance work?
Every action is logged to an immutable audit table: who viewed what article, when, from which IP address. Role-based access controls enforce minimum necessary access. We provide on-demand audit reports and sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA).
Can we migrate from Confluence, SharePoint, or another wiki?
